接香港剑协黄会长通知, 剑协将于今年11月26,27日举办"第一届地区(大中华区)剑道冠军赛".
通知原文如下:
1st Regional Kendo Championships
26th – 27th November (sat & sun) 2005
Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre
08:30am – 18:00pm

26th November Saturday 2:30pm – 7:30pm
Dan examination at Queen Elizabeth Stadium

Regulations :
1)Each area invited will send maximum of 2 teams (5 member
Team with maximum of 2 substitutes);
2) There is no limitation to dan, sex and age;
3)Players must be Chinese nationality and local residents;
4) HKKA will provide 1 night x twin room free hotel accommodation
at the City Garden Hotel on the 26th November and free breakfast
on 27th Nov Sunday;
5) HKKA will provide maximum of 6 twin rooms x 1 night to each area invited.
6) All matches shall be conducted following "The Regulations of Kendo Shiai & Shinpan of IKF" revised on 23rd March, 2000 and thereafter;
7) Shiai duration, methods of matches & other regulations will be confirmed in due course;
8) Welcome party will be on HKKA's invitation;
9) Entry fee : each registered player including substitute will need to pay an entry fee of HKD100 per head or its equivalent.
10) Deadline of application : 15th October, 2005
11) Lunch box will be provided by HKKA on the 27th Nov;
12) If any country or area is sending only 3 members to compete in the 5-persons team events, the sequences should consist of Senpo, Chuken and Taisho (1,3,5) only;
13) If any country or area is sending only 4 members to compete in the 5-persons team events, the sequences should consist of Senpo, Chuken, Fukusho and Taisho (1,3,4,5) only;
14) For anyone participants who wish to stay behind at City Garden Hotel, please let us know at your earliest convenience as hotel bookings are quite full in the month of November. Rate per twin room will be HKD690.00 net nett excluding breakfast for stay behind;
15) For participants who wish to take part in the dan examination on saturday 26th Nov, and are holders of dan certificates issued by organizations other than HKKA and/or IKF's affiliated members, please submit your present dan certificate for certification and approval by IKF prior to joining dan examination.
16) Trophies and medals will be given to the winners, 2nd runner-up and two 3rd places. Referees and Shinpan-shunin from each court will nominate one member from each team who played in the same court for the Fighting Spirits Award.

规则:
1) 每地区只邀请两队(每队5人, 另2名后补)
2) 不分段位, 性别, 年龄
3) 参赛队员必须是中国籍及本市居民
4) 剑协提供26日当天一晚往宿(北角花园城市酒店)及27日早餐
5) 每地区只提供最多6个房间
6) 比赛规则按2000年3月23日 "IKF剑道试合及审判规则"进行.
7) 其他比赛细节日后通告.
8) 27日晚宴由香港剑道协会宴请
9) 参加费: 每位参赛者及后补, 每人须付港币100正参加费.
10)报名: 最后日期为 2005年10月15日
11)11月27日午餐(盒饭)由剑协提供
12)任何地区如派遣3人参加5人赛, 其次序为: 先锋,中坚及大将.
13)任何地区如派遣4人参加5人赛, 其次序为: 先锋,中坚, 副将及大将.
14)任何参加者如欲在27日后继续入往花园城市酒店, 请尽早通知剑协作安排. 房价为港币HK$690 净 (含早).
15)任何参加者如欲参加26日的段位考试, 而持有不是由香港剑道协会或IKF 成员组织所发段位证书者, 须在考试前提交其所属组织所发出的证书供IKF审核.
16) 奖杯及奖牌只设冠军一名, 亜军一名及季军两名. 每一赛场审判长及审判主任将从其负责赛场中选出"敢斗奖".
