2月17日（金）
19：00～22：00　合同稽古　（後で、自由参加・食事会（割り勘））

2月18日(土）
08：30～18：00、段級審査、審判セミナー、2段以下大会、合同稽古
19：30～　歓迎会

2月19日（日）
08：30～18：00、女子団体大会、男子(一般）大会、合同稽古
1) Tournament entry fee : We have been informed by our Government sponsor that all Championships held locally under its subsized schemes - an entry fee of HKD100.00 or its equivalent per head per event will be chargeable by the Associatio. i.e. if your member will take part in both 2Dan & below event and men's team event on sunday he needs to pay an entry fee of HKD200.00 or its equivalent; and if a lady who will join in 2Dan & below, ladies team and men's team on sunday, she needs to pay an entry fee of HKD 300.00
大会参加費：　
各大会（女子・2段以下・一般）香港＄100です。
もし、2つの大会（例えば女子＋一般）香港＄２００．
全ての大会に出たら、香港＄３００になります。
Later i will prepare an entry form to everyone. It is very important that all countries will use the same entry form and fill in all data required; as it will help us to merge all the spreedsheets rather than to do the copy and paste which is very time consuming.

2) Hotel (City Garden) rates : HKD690.00 per night per single/twin from 17th-20th Feb inclusive of breakfast for 2 (in case of single room breakfast for 1 only).For occupants who will check out on 20/Feb monday, breakfast will be served as well.
ホテル「City Garden」：　1泊は香港＄690.００（シングルかダブルでも、1人分）朝食付

3) Welcome party (buffet dinner at City Garden Hotel) on saturday 18/Feb :Charge will be at HKD 270 per head net inclusive of unlimited of soft drinks, chilled orange juice and SKOL beer for3 hours from 7:30pm - 10:30pm
歓迎会：　参加費　香港＄270　ビュッフェ、飲み放題3時間（19：30～22：3０）

4) Lunch boxLunch boxes will be provided by the Association on 18/Dec saturday for participants in the 2Dan and below group only(inclusive of 1 x delegation manager    1 x coach     3 x players    and 1 x registered substitute); and on 19/Dec sunday for participants in the team events (inclusive of 1 x delegation manager     1 x coach    5 x players & 2 x registered substitutes)

弁当：　18日(土）2段以下の参加方のみ（コーチ＋選手3人＋予備のメンバー）
弁当：　19日(日）団体のチーム（コーチ＋ 選手＋選手5人＋予備のメンバー2人） 5) TransportationThe Association will only provide local transportation HOTEL-VENUE-HOTEL

移動：　香港協会がバスを用意している（ホテル～会場～ホテル）  

This is to remind everyone again we must have your preliminary entry reply by 5th January 2006 to determine whether or not there will be limitation on number of team entry from each area/country and to secure hotel reservation.  

備考：　2006年1月5日の確認の申し込み〆切です。それから、人数の確認が出来ましたら、（各地方・国）の参加人数の限定になるかどうか、決定される。

各比赛（女子・2段以下・一般）港币＄100。
如果同时参加2个比赛(比如女子比赛+一般比赛)港币＄２００。
如果出席所有比赛,费用则为港币＄３００。

备注：比赛报名截止至2006年1月5日。待参赛人数确定之后，再决定是否要限制各地区·国家的参赛人数。
