By just looking at this knife you can't tell but this is Dual Action which means it can be opened either manually by hand or with a hidden switch. When the switch is thrown, there is a fast strong smooth flipping action. If you slide the lower part of the bolster to the right, it will unlock the hidden button. I love the quality of the materials used and the Shane Sibert who designed the knife. The M390 is a great steel that will perform well with hard use. A normal person would not be able to tell that this was an automatic knife so that's good. The blade length is a nice size also, it's not too small.
是的我同意,这太沉重,携带日常生活,但不是再次,大多数人不会携带BENCHMADE金系列刀。他们通常只是收集它们。
For those complaining about the price, this is cheap. They had previously made the same knife but instead of the green G10, they used LSCF and that model was 7505-131. That model was limited to 100 production and I couldn't even get one at $1200. Everyone wanted that one so I guess Benchmade thought they coule make more money on this and made more and just changed it from LSCF to G10 and didn't limit these. Everything else is the same.
I think they handles are thicker to hide the springs and parts for the automatic parts for the knife. Yes it does weigh more than it should. But no, I don't think the price is too bad for a Gold Class Benchmade Dual Action knife.
