搬运一个Bladeforum的这周刚刚发出来的钢材切割测试和综合排序,更新了许多数据。本测试仅代表原作者观点,原贴链接https://bladeforums.com/threads/ ... d-opinions.1571654/
测试方法:除非特殊标注,标准的刃口测试采用20°凸磨(部分刀具打磨为17°),测量切割直径1英寸粗糙麻绳(sisal rope)次数,直至刃口不能切割打印纸。

总之现在林林总总各类手持刀具的钢材测试,因测试条件限制,很多情况下都存在着遗漏变量和内生性等严重问题,很难说其结论是科学的。但是,通过这些测试我们起码可以发现刀具钢材虽然同属铁元素为主的各种合金,其性能差异也是极其巨大的。所以这类测试虽未必科学,但其结论仍能给我们提供一定有益的借鉴。
