the bayonet p1907 length overall should be 552mm, blade length should be 432mm, it should also have a leather scabbard.

I suspect what you have is a British Service Arisaka Bayonet. These were imported from Japan and approved for use on 24th Feb 1915. They also have the steel scabbard shown in your photo and are slightly shorter, overall length 511mm, blade length 396mm.
