粗磨，磨石选择

最近帮单位的同事们磨菜刀，发现修那些有缺口的刀没块粗磨的不行啊，粗磨选刃黑还是龙虾呢？哪个消耗的慢点？
别说低目数国产进口差不多，我去单位食堂用食堂的磨刀石，撸半天看不到黑色。{:5_188:}

有缺口的直接国产的粗磨就行啊

粗磨,用砂轮机或者角磨机打一下,再或者用金刚石锉刀打磨,把刃的缺口磨平,整出锋刃来,再用磨石撸吧

据说金刚磨石板不错，不过我没用过，准备买但还纠结于买国产还是进口这个问题。

选粗磨应该考虑性价比，龙虾是比国产5元的绿碳强一点，但强不了多少，对比一下也就值个6元钱，多了不值

金刚石磨板太不耐用了，开始的时候磨的快，磨几把刀以后就打滑了，就废了
